SECTION 9 - SENSITIVE CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Sensitive consumer information, as has been generally accepted, is hereinafter referred to as information regarding a person who reveals their racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical convictions or membership in a trade union, genetic information, biometric information for the purpose in uniquely identifying a person, health information or information concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
From the description, we infer that the only two aspects of the customer information that can be classified as important are: birthday data and skin tone preferences in your account on our website. Both information are entirely voluntary and only obtained on the basis of the express consent of the customer when you open an account on our site and are securely stored on our web servers for use in personalizing our communications with you via email or on-site. Any details stored can be accessed and deleted directly on your account page or by contacting us via customer service. This data is not used in any way , shape or form to make automated decisions other than to customize the website or email material that we think is most important to you.
You are allowed, under any conditions, not to send any other sensitive customer details to us.
