Here at HKL Productions Team, like any organization that responds to the global health situation of COVID-19, our first concern is also the health of all our employees as well as our customers who still have faith in our products and services. We will therefore ensure that all members of the HKL Productions Community are kept up-to-date on how we respond to the situation, namely the changes we have made to our supply chain in order to cope with COVID-19 while maintaining our services.



Why does the shipping take longer in the situation?

Unfortunately, delays are possible, but they are usually due to the following reasons:

- We are responsible for taking extra care in our manufacturing and packaging process as it is important to keep our workers secure when dealing with the art work surface.

- In reality, the production efficiency of our team has decreased because we have to follow the safety guidelines laid down by the CDC and WHO. We are trying to keep the most fair number of staff allowed per shift, who now have to work under the rule of maintaining a gap of at least 6 ft when framing the canvas. In addition, we also need to keep not only them, but also the workstation sanitized until we can sanitize the goods as well as the packaging of the goods.

What am I supposed to do to get updates on my order status?

When the items are packed and the tracking numbers are registered on the carrier networks, an automated email containing your order tracking number, the name of the carrier will be sent to your email address or phone number (if any). Then you may want to visit the official carrier site to have your order monitored using the tracking number given.

In the event that your order has not been processed and delivered, this means that we are still working on it and will get your item out as soon as possible.


May I get my item back? How do I do that?

Since our office has been closed since March 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, there are sadly no members who are in a position to collect the returned orders. Therefore, we can not recognize returns at present.



How are you going to keep your production centers and your staff safe?

Our management team is doing our utmost to remain optimistic and spread the benefits to all members of the HKL Productions team. In addition, we are also working extra hard to improve our company efficiency to the best of our ability to serve customers while keeping our staff safe and healthy.

All employees have been well-recognized with the safety measures laid down by both CDC and WHO, including wearing face masks, gloves when conducting their duties and keeping the workstations sanitized.

At present, the duration of sanitization and routine cleaning procedures has increased. Moreover, it is not important to threaten, but to persuade our own workers to be vigilant, as this is all about their own health and the health of their families.
